"Koguma Arrow Express" is a transportation service that consolidates goods from multiple shippers into a single vehicle.
Nippon Express will act as the intermediary, utilizing the special consolidated cargo transport services of Meitetsu NX Transport Co., Ltd. and its group companies from our logistics centers (warehouses) and other locations.
We will deliver it via "Koguma Arrow Express".

Available sizesTotal dimensions of all three sides: within 500cm / Length: within 220cm / Height: within 200cm
Handling weightUp to 2,000 kg per shipment, and up to 1,000 kg per individual item / Up to 3 pallets if using a pallet.
Weight for freight calculationThe larger of the actual weight and the volumetric weight is applied. Volumetric conversion formula: Length (m) × Width (m) × Height (m) × 280kg

*Even if your package is within the above size limits, we may not be able to handle it depending on the conditions at the collection point, the nature of the package, and its packaging. For special packages, please contact the branch office in advance.

Restrictions and precautions regarding acceptance of Koguma Arrow Express services.

  • This service is for corporate customers only. We do not deliver to individual customers.
  • There are some areas where we cannot provide service.
  • We do not handle individual cargo collection.
  • We cannot accept the following items for storage.
    • Items that fall under the categories of currency, banknotes, securities, and correspondence.
    • "Explosives, explosives, and pyrotechnics" as defined in Article 2 of the Explosives Control Act.
    • In accordance with Article 2 of the Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Act, the "poisonous and deleterious substances" listed in Appendix 1 and 2
    • "High-pressure gas" as defined in Article 2 of the High-Pressure Gas Safety Act
    • "Radioactive material" as defined in the "Act on Prevention of Radiation Hazards Due to Radioactive Isotopes, etc."
    • "Dangerous goods" listed in the "Appendix to the Fire Service Act"
    • Cargo containing personal information
