Pricing Information

1. The fee for this service covers freight and other expenses incurred for transportation from acceptance to delivery, but does not include the following:
   1. Customs duties, excise taxes, and other public charges incurred at the destination.
   2. Costs associated with providing procedures or services that go beyond the scope of normal handling. (e.g., after-hours and time-specified pickup/delivery, packing/unpacking, waste collection, quarantine, etc.)
   3. A handling fee and any additional shipping charges incurred as a result of correcting the recipient's address will be charged.
   4. Special delivery fee for areas outside the regular delivery zone.
   5. Handling fees for unaccompanied baggage and food items to certain destination countries.
   6. Customs clearance and delivery fees if the consignee designates a customs broker other than ours at the destination.
   7. Airline fuel surcharges
      • * The costs listed in d and e above must be paid in a lump sum in Japan. The costs listed in a, b, c, f, and g above shall be borne by the customer (shipper or consignee).
2. For volume conversion to weight, 6,000 cubic meters equal 1 kg.
   Both actual weight and volumetric weight will be rounded up to the nearest 10.0 kg for calculation purposes.

Restrictions on accepting contracts

1. The maximum weight for your luggage is 30.0 kgs.
   (For the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, the limit is 100kg.)
2. Each piece of cargo must weigh 30.0 kg or less, and the length of one side must be 200 cm or less (the sum of the three sides must be 300 cm or less).
3. The maximum value of your luggage is less than 200,000 yen.
   (For the United States and Canada, the threshold is less than US$25,000.00; for Australia and New Zealand, it is less than 3.5 million yen.)
4. We cannot accept goods whose transportation or import/export is prohibited or restricted by laws, regulations, or terms and conditions, or goods that require special procedures or permits.

Items we cannot accept

1. When the weight, volume, or value exceeds the provisions of the separately stipulated "Conditions for Acceptance"
2. Valuables (*Please inquire in advance for details.)
3. Letters or means of communication defined as letters under current law
4. live animal
5. Body or remains
6. Things that spoil or deteriorate easily
7. Dangerous goods (*These are dangerous goods as defined by the International Air Transport Association's Dangerous Goods Regulations, but please inquire in advance for details.)
8. Goods whose transport or import/export is prohibited by the laws or regulations of the country of origin, destination, transit country, or through country.
9. Other items deemed inappropriate by our company (*Cargo requiring special customs clearance, such as temporary imports, repaired/processed goods, and ship supplies)

• * When sending items as unaccompanied baggage, customs duties and excise taxes in the importing country are generally exempt. However, new items, items considered to have been used for a short period, and food products may be subject to taxation.
• * Please note that delays and excess charges may occur for goods requiring special customs procedures or if the destination address or other information is incorrect, and these are not attributable to our company.

volumetric weight

The price will be calculated based on the greater of either the actual weight or the volumetric weight. Volumetric weight conversion is based on 6,000 cubic centimeters = 1 kg.
