Pricing Information

1. The fee for this service includes freight charges and other expenses incurred for transportation (*) from acceptance to delivery, but does not include the following:

   * This service is a "door-to-door package service" that transports goods from the time of acceptance to a single delivery location (i.e., as specified in the air waybill) based on the instructions of the customer (shipper) at the time of acceptance.

   1. Customs duties, consumption tax, and other public taxes and charges incurred in Japan.
   2. Costs associated with providing procedures or services that go beyond the scope of normal handling. (e.g., after-hours and time-specified pick-up/delivery, packing/unpacking, packing material collection, delivery address changes, sorting/shipping, additional delivery addresses, animal and plant quarantine, content inspection, invoice creation fees, cash-on-delivery service fees, customs inspection attendance fees, storage fees exceeding the free storage period in bonded warehouses, and indoor work fees, etc.)
   3. Special collection fee for areas outside the regular collection area
   4. Special delivery fee for areas outside the regular delivery zone.
   5. Customs clearance and delivery fees if the consignee designates a customs broker other than ours in Japan.
   6. Fees for cash on delivery
   7. Airline charges (fuel surcharge, aviation security surcharge, etc.)
   8. Fees for aviation security operations based on the regulations of the country of origin (X-ray fees, RAF agent fees, etc.)

   * The above-mentioned costs shall be borne by the customer (shipper or consignee), and actual costs will be charged if incurred.

2. The fee is calculated using the larger of either the actual weight or the volumetric weight as the "applicable weight."

Restrictions on accepting contracts

2. The weight of each piece of cargo must be 32.0 kg or less (applicable weight), and the length of one side must be 200 cm or less (the sum of the three sides must be 300 cm or less).
3. We can deliver to all of Japan except remote islands, however, we may not be able to accept your request depending on the procedures and work involved.
4. This service is provided in accordance with the request of the customer (shipper) in the country of origin. Therefore, if the consignee requests a service that differs from the service agreed upon by the shipper in the country of origin, we may not be able to accept the request, or additional charges may apply, as described above.

Items we cannot accept

1. When the weight, volume, or value exceeds the provisions of the "Restrictions on Acceptance of Goods" as separately stipulated.
2. Valuables (Please inquire in advance for details)
3. Letters or means of communication defined as letters under current law
4. live animal
5. Body or remains
6. Items that spoil easily or perish easily, and items that require refrigeration.
7. Dangerous goods (※As defined by the International Air Transport Association's Dangerous Goods Regulations; please inquire in advance for details.)
8. Goods whose transport or import/export is prohibited by the laws or regulations of the country of origin, destination, transit country, or through country.
9. Items requiring various import licenses (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics, fresh food products, plants, etc.)
   • * Beef jerky is permitted up to 10kg, provided it has an official seal; however, an animal quarantine fee will be charged separately.
10. Other items that we deem unsuitable for transport (including cargo requiring special customs clearance such as temporary imports and repair/processing products, and ship supplies)

• * Please note that delays and excess charges may occur for goods requiring special customs procedures or if the destination address or other information is incorrect, and these are not attributable to our company.
• * Transportation restrictions and acceptable items are subject to the regulations of the country of origin, and in some cases, we may not be able to accept your shipment.

volumetric weight

The price will be calculated based on either the actual weight or the volumetric weight, whichever is greater. Volumetric weight conversion is based on 6,000 cubic centimeters = 1 kg. Fractions will be rounded up to the nearest 0.5 kg or 3,000 cubic centimeters. Please contact us if you have any questions.
