4. Cargo deposit
   Please submit the necessary documents and goods to our sales office.
5. Export customs clearance and international transport
   Japanese customs clearance → Air freight to destination country
6. Local customs clearance and delivery
   Local customs clearance → Delivery to recipient address

Items we cannot accept

We cannot accept valuables, correspondence, live animals, human remains or cremated remains, items that are easily spoiled or perishable, dangerous goods (subject to IATA dangerous goods regulations), goods prohibited from import or export, or goods requiring special customs clearance such as unaccompanied baggage, temporary imports, or repaired/processed items. Please check with your sales representative in advance.

Calculation of volumetric weight

The price will be calculated based on the larger of either the actual weight or the volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is calculated at 6,000 cubic centimeters = 1 kg (rounded up).

Long and tall cargo

For long or tall cargo, prior inquiry is required. Weight and price limits vary depending on various conditions, so please consult with our sales representative.

Limits of liability for transportation

The carrier's liability limit is 26 SDR per kg for actual damage to the consigned cargo. For high-value cargo, we recommend purchasing additional insurance.
