NX-SOLUTION e-light pallet series

e-light pallet is a new pallet made from expanded polystyrene (EPS), which is lightweight and highly water-resistant.

Solution Overview

Our new pallet material, made from expanded polystyrene (EPS), solves the problems of conventional pallets, such as wooden and plastic pallets being "heavy and difficult to transport" and paper pallets being "crushed by rain and downpours."

Implementation effects

  • Reduce transportation costs and workload.

    Compared to wooden and plastic pallets, these are extremely lightweight. The reduced weight of the pallet itself lowers the customer's total transportation costs (*). Furthermore, because the pallets can be carried by hand, it is expected to reduce the workload on the staff.

    * This applies only when shipping costs are calculated based on actual weight.

  • Reduces damage caused by water and humidity.

    Unlike paper pallets, there is no risk of water damage, dents, or crushing during transport due to humidity. It is also resistant to temperature changes, making it suitable for use in refrigerators and freezers.

  • Suitable for transporting heavy items.

    With high strength, the standard model (60x foaming ratio) can support approximately 400kg, while the higher-end "e-light pallet PLUS" model, which has increased strength through lamination, can support loads of up to approximately 1 ton.

Main specifications

The e-light pallet is available in three grades to suit your needs. The e-light pallet PLUS is a higher-end model that further enhances stability and strength by applying a special laminate coating to the bottom of the pallet to suppress bending.

* Customization is available to match the size of your cargo. We can also print designs on the sides of the pallets, so we can create them according to your logo or other requests.
