From pickup to delivery to your home in Japan, 1 pack for SG$ 900-! (Customer is responsible for packing and paperwork)
If you have 20 boxes or less of luggage and do not require furniture transport, please use the single pack option.

Basic service details

• Packing materials will be delivered to your home in advance.
• Customers are responsible for booking the condominium, packing, and creating a packing list.
• Please send us your packing list at least three days before the pickup date (we will check for any prohibited items).
• Payment will be made after you receive notification of the final cost.
• We will pick up your belongings on the agreed date.
• Sea transport, customs clearance
• After your package arrives in Japan, we will arrange a delivery date and then deliver it to you.
• Delivery is to the doorstep only; indoor delivery, unpacking, and waste removal are not included.

• * Please pack your items and create a packing list before the pickup date.

Offered at a great price

This is a package price that includes everything from pickup (packaging) to delivery to Japan.

• * The above package price does not include insurance. Upon acceptance of your shipment, we will arrange for cargo insurance and charge you the amount including the insurance premium.
• * We do not handle irregularly shaped furniture or similar items.
• * We cannot accept food products, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals (over-the-counter drugs, prescription drugs, etc.), or mobile batteries.

Safe and reliable delivery

Your shipments will be packaged for export at our warehouse and shipped in containers using our consolidated cargo service, ensuring safe and reliable delivery.

For deliveries within Tokyo, the standard delivery time is approximately one and a half months.

• * Delivery is to the doorstep only; indoor delivery, unpacking, and waste removal are not included.
• * Please note that we may limit the number of projects we accept from February to April.
• * We do not ship to Okinawa or remote islands.

Regarding your application

Contract terms

Pickup is limited to locations within Singapore.
Our standard cardboard box sizes are: S; 52cm x 26cm x 40cm / M; 52cm x 51cm x 40cm / L; 80cm x 52cm x 27cm / GL (for golf); 128cm x 35cm x 27cm (4 types)

• Those who possess an EP, DP, S Pass, etc., that can prove a stay of more than one year prior to the date of return to Japan.
• Permanent residents and PR holders are required to submit documents proving they have stayed in Singapore for more than one year (e.g., utility bills) and documents proving their permanent return to Japan (e.g., change of address notification) upon their return to Japan.

Single pack flow

We will explain the process clearly, from applying for your move to delivery to your new address.

      When clearing customs during a move, you will need to provide proof that you have resided in Singapore for more than one year.
      *After receiving your application documents and visa, you will be able to schedule material delivery and collection dates.

Import prohibited items

There are certain items that cannot be shipped as part of a moving shipment. If prohibited items are discovered by Japanese customs, they may be confiscated, destroyed, fined, or subject to delays in customs inspection.
Please read the list of prohibited items carefully and ensure that your luggage does not contain any prohibited items.

Condominium moving reservation

If you live in a condominium, you will need to make a reservation with your condominium for the move-out service.
If you live in an HDB or serviced apartment, you do not need to make a reservation for moving out.

For single-pack items, customers are required to make a reservation in advance for pickup from their condominium.
Depending on the condominium, you may be required to pay a deposit and an elevator usage fee (around S$500-2000).
Due to high demand, reservations may not always be possible. Please make your reservation as early as possible, ideally at least one week before your desired pickup date.

Packaging material delivery

We will deliver the number of boxes and packing materials you requested on your application form on the specified date.
Please pack your items yourself and create a packing list according to the "How to Pack" instructions below.

Submission of required documents

Please submit the "Packing List, Transportation Responsibility Statement, and Insurance Conditions Confirmation Form" via email at least three days before pickup.
We will check for any prohibited items and calculate the final cost.

Payment methods

Based on the packing list we receive, we will calculate and inform you of the payment amount.
The full amount will be payable in Singapore.
Payment methods are bank transfer or Paynow.

• * If customs duties or other taxes and charges are incurred upon arrival in Japan, these will be billed to you in Japan.
• * Pickup will be processed and shipped after payment confirmation.

Collection service: Collection of packages already packed by the customer.

Our staff will come to your location to collect the pre-packed cardboard boxes. (English support is available, but no Japanese staff will be present.)
We are unable to accommodate specific delivery times, so we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

[Important] Upon your return to Japan: Please declare any unaccompanied baggage.

• Filling out the declaration form for unaccompanied baggage on board the aircraft.
  Before your flight arrives in Japan, you will be given a "Declaration of Personal Effects and Unaccompanied Baggage" form. Please take two copies and fill in the same information on both.
• Receive an entry stamp in your passport.
• During baggage inspection, submit two copies of the "Declaration of Personal Effects and Unaccompanied Baggage" form to the customs officer. After the customs officer stamps the form, one copy will be kept by customs and the other will be returned to you.
• Declare unaccompanied baggage at the arrival airport.

Arrangements for import customs clearance and delivery.

Upon arrival of your package in Japan, our Japanese representative will contact you to inform you of its arrival and arrange a delivery date.
We will hand over your package at your front door.
Furniture assembly and installation services are not included.
Please note that we do not collect used cardboard boxes or other unwanted items; please dispose of them according to your local municipality's waste disposal guidelines.
