As a moving company, we coordinate all related businesses involved in the relocation (office construction companies, IT companies, office equipment companies) and take on the role of directing and supervising the work to ensure it is completed on schedule.
Relocation process
- Site visit, estimate
- Meeting with the company representative
- Packaging material delivery
- Meetings with the contractor and other related parties.
- Obtaining permission to use the elevator (by the company)
- (A few days before the move) Removal and assembly of office supplies (cabinets)
- Advance transfer of unused documents
- (On the day of the move) Personal packaging and labeling of personal belongings
- Loading in from the old office and loading out to the new office
- Disposal of waste items
