To ensure smooth delivery of your package, please contact NX Vietnam upon arrival. When contacting us, please provide your phone number, mobile phone number, email address (free email addresses are acceptable), and the name of your Vietnamese contact person. Once your package arrives in Vietnam, our representative will guide you through the necessary import documents.

If you forget to take your immigration card, your package will not be able to be imported. Please be sure to contact the person in charge of the shipment or NX Vietnam.

We apologize, but we cannot process import customs clearance without a work permit. Please be sure to contact the country of origin or NX Vietnam once you have your work permit.

If you live in a serviced apartment, we can deliver it to the reception.
When we discuss the delivery date and time, please inform the person in charge that you would like the item to be delivered to the reception.

We can deliver to your workplace. When we discuss delivery dates and times, please provide the delivery address to our representative.

Did you use a voltage converter? The voltage in Japan and Vietnam is different, so please be sure to use a voltage converter. Failure to do so may cause malfunctions.

The delivery person will inform you whether customs inspection and unpacking will be required upon delivery. If the package is wrapped in paper, it may be mistakenly discarded as cushioning material. When unpacking, please open and check all items and paper inside the box.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We kindly ask that you unpack all your packages and contact the NX Vietnam representative who provided you with the delivery details, sending us photos of the broken plates, the box number the plates came in, and the number of broken plates. We will then arrange for your Heartliner insurance to be processed.

Of course, NX also provides waste collection services. If you live in a serviced apartment, please inform housekeeping and they will handle the disposal. For apartments, please leave your waste in the designated area on your floor and the cleaning staff will collect it. If you have any problems, please contact NX Vietnam.

Moving to European countries is also possible. However, be aware of regulations, restrictions, visa requirements, and customs duties.
In particular, depending on the country, customs duties may be high for certain types of shipments.

The peak season for moving is also the peak season in Japan, so you need to plan well in advance. Please contact NX Vietnam one and a half to two months before your move.

Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to delay the shipment of your belongings from Vietnam after we have completed the moving process in Vietnam. Please contact NX Vietnam once you have a general address in mind.

When contacting us, please provide your contact person with your plans and contact information regarding your stay in Japan.

Rice, in particular, is subject to plant quarantine upon arrival in Japan, even if it was brought in from Japan, and requires quarantine inspection. Processed food products, including meat, are also subject to quarantine, so please check with the inspection staff for details. Disposable contact lenses (including colored ones) are limited in quantity, to a maximum of two months' supply per person. Please confirm with the inspection and work staff whose lenses they are for.

Restrictions apply to each mode of transport, so please contact our sales representative for details.
We also sort items according to their mode of transport. For items that are fragile or easily damaged, we recommend shipping them by sea, as air transport is affected by pressure, temperature, and other environmental factors. Sea transport uses containers, which provides stable transport with less shaking, but for leather products that are easily affected by temperature and humidity, we recommend air transport. Sea transport is also possible, but we strongly recommend wiping them thoroughly before moving.

NX Vietnam also offers sorting labels. Please inform the person in charge that you would like sorting labels when you make an inquiry or during your site visit.

When importing new furniture into Japan, customs duties may be incurred. Please contact our representative during your viewing.

Shipping from Vietnam is possible, but depending on the circumstances, it may be necessary to separate your moving belongings from your shipment. Also, customs clearance procedures vary depending on the port of arrival in Japan, so please contact NX Vietnam for details.

Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate specific delivery dates depending on the time of year. If you have decided on a delivery date, please inform NX Vietnam when you make your inquiry.

We apologize, but air freight deliveries are limited to doorstep delivery. On the day of delivery, delivery to a designated room, unpacking, and removal of packaging materials are available as separate options. When contacting NX Vietnam, please inform them that you would like to add unpacking and packaging material removal services for air freight deliveries.

The packing list is for your records, so you do not need to send it to us. We will guide you through the moving process, but please apply for and submit a separate baggage declaration form at the airport upon your return to Japan. After we confirm that your luggage has arrived in Japan, our representative in Japan will contact you regarding the delivery date. If you have any questions or additional requests, please contact the number we will provide during the moving process.
