In the event of any damage to the items we collect, repair will be the primary responsibility. For items sold as a set or pair, only the item that is lost or damaged will be covered.
Insurance coverage is determined by the customer after the packing list is created, and payment is made accordingly. Please note that the following items are not covered by insurance.
Damage caused by intent or gross negligence
Damage to the goods due to natural wear and tear, inherent defects, or nature.
Damage caused by natural disasters
Scratches, abrasions, and paint peeling on vehicles (cars, motorcycles, bicycles, etc.)
Tuning adjustment of musical instruments
Damage to clothing due to stains and insect infestation.
In the case of electrical products, if the exterior is undamaged but the product becomes unusable, what is the damage?
Other terms and conditions of the insurance policy and exclusion clauses apply.
We usually require notification within 1-2 weeks; complaints made after a longer period may be difficult to process.
