ISO9001 and ISO14001
With the aim of standardizing and improving our services, we have been progressively obtaining ISO 9001 certification at each of our aviation bases since 1994. Regarding ISO 14001, we first obtained it at our Tokyo Aviation Branch's log timber base in June 1998, followed by five bases in March 2000, and two more bases in March 2001.
AS9120
Our company has obtained AS9120, a quality management standard for the aerospace industry, certification at two locations in Japan and seven locations in the United States.
We provide high-quality global transportation and storage services to a wide range of customers in the aerospace industry.
AEO (Authorized Economic Operator)
Our company has been approved as the first in the nation to be granted special bonded warehouse status after undergoing a customs review and demonstrating sufficient management of bonded warehouse operations. We will continue to maintain and improve the precision of our bonded warehouse operations and further strengthen our compliance management.
TAPA (Transported Asset Protection Association)
In May 2003, NX America became the first Japanese company in the United States to obtain TAPA Class A certification. Currently, we have 20 locations worldwide that are certified.
C-TPAT(Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism)
Our company has always actively promoted security initiatives, including obtaining TAPA certification at each of our overseas network locations. Moving forward, we will continue and promote security initiatives to earn even greater trust from our customers, while also providing our utmost cooperation in preventing terrorism.
