International AutoSource has partnered with Hertz and Avis, the largest car rental companies in the United States, to offer our customers preferential and fixed rates regardless of purpose, location, or season, even when facing challenges such as vehicle shortages.

Rental car usage process
- Submit rental car application
Please submit a request through the IAS website, including the location, date and time for pickup/drop-off, and the model of the vehicle you would like. - Get a rental car quote
Quotes will be sent via email from our Japanese representative or rental team. We will deliver them within 48 hours per week, excluding weekends. - Check your rental car reservation
Please review the reservation details you received, and if there are no problems, please confirm your reservation via email. Please note that advance payment of the rental fee is not required. - Picking up and returning a rental car
Please present your rental confirmation email, driver's license, and credit card information at the designated rental car company counter and verify the condition of the vehicle. - IAS verification details
Please pay the rental fee directly upon returning the vehicle and send us a copy of the receipt. We will then verify the details of the payment and charge our service fee separately to your credit card.
We accept requests for quotes Monday through Friday, and responses may take 48 to 72 hours. If you have decided on your desired dates in advance, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that during peak US vacation seasons, we may not be able to accommodate your preferred date, time, or vehicle type due to high demand.
