From the day your relocation is confirmed, we will guide you through the process of finding furnished short-term apartments (serviced apartments) and long-term apartments, and provide support throughout your move-in and move-out.

1. Inquiry
- Please contact us by email or phone from Japan. After discussing your preferences and requirements, we will send you property information before you travel to the United States.
- We provide images and videos of the interior and surrounding area of the property. Even if you're unfamiliar with overseas properties, you can consider them with peace of mind.

2. Airport transfer
- We will arrange a free shuttle service from the airport to your short-term rental property.
- We will provide a vehicle that suits the amount of luggage you have.

3. Short-term properties
- Depending on your budget, you will be able to stay in a fully furnished property until you find a long-term rental.
- The rent includes internet, utilities, and taxes.
- For stays of less than 30 days, we can also calculate the fee on a daily basis.
- Your housing representative will be present for the move-in inspection on the day of your arrival.

4. Long-term properties
- We will show you properties that meet your needs, 365 days a year, 7 days a week.
- Once you find a room you're interested in, we'll submit an application and secure it for you.
- At the same time, we will confirm the terms and conditions, such as rent and contract period.

- Security deposit settlement and collection services. Our company will act as the point of contact and collect the security deposit.
- Security deposit collection management and contract termination document storage. For damages, verify the claim details against move-in inspection information to ensure there are no unfair charges.
