We achieve high-quality transport with precision as the focus as products are moved from one cleanroom to another. Based on our standardized in-house training and QMS, we use air-suspension vehicles, vibration-dampened pallets, and special packaging to thoroughly suppress vibration and impacts.
Warehouses Directly Connected to the Production Line

We have established warehouses close to semiconductor factories, enabling us to meet the needs of production lines by providing temperature and humidity control, support for chemicals, and urgent delivery. We support stable production with our inventory and parts management service which seamlessly connects us to the manufacturing site.
Support Service for Launching of New Factories and Factory Extensions

When customers are establishing a new semiconductor factory or extending an existing factory, we provide comprehensive support for a range of tasks, from transporting heavy equipment to installation and providing support with assigning engineers overseas.
