Using Just-in-Time Supply for Stable Operation and Space Optimization

We supply the necessary parts at the required time from a customer-site warehouse near the customer’s factory. This minimizes inventory held at the factory and provides flexible support for demand changes and emergencies. This type of warehouse can also be used as a temporary storage site for materials and manufacturing equipment when the customer is launching a new factory or extending an existing factory. This contributes to the smooth startup of production line operations.

Procurement Optimization Solutions for the Mobility and Electronics Industry

We support just-in-time production systems for products such as automobiles, electric vehicles, semiconductors, and electronic components. Parts are efficiently collected from multiple suppliers on a milk run, then sorting, repacking, and kitting are performed at a customer-site warehouse, and finally, the goods are delivered just-in-time to the factory. The NX Group centrally manages the entire process from the moment the parts are procured until they enter the production line, thus optimizing the entire flow and contributing to maximizing production capacity.
Optimizing the Production Line Using Distribution Processing

We perform distribution processing at the customer-site warehouse, which includes services such as repacking (or decanting), changing the quantity per box, assembly and kitting, inspection and testing, labeling, and Kanban (signboard) attachment. This reduces the workload on the production line and improves overall production efficiency and cost performance.
