We offer free estimates. Please feel free to request one. After we confirm your order, we will contact you to discuss the delivery of packaging materials.

You can view the property while you are still living there. However, we will need to see the items you will be sending, so please decide beforehand what you will be sending (by sea or air) and what you will not be sending (items to be thrown away, given to friends, sold to a recycling company, etc.).

For items that are too large to fit in a cardboard box, our staff will apply special packaging before shipping.

The moving fee will be calculated as follows:
Sea freight - We will pack the items at our warehouse and inform you of the final volume.
Air freight - We will compare the actual weight and volumetric weight, and calculate the shipping cost based on the heavier value.

We do not accept credit card payments.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, check, or cash.
If paying in cash, we will come to collect the payment on the day of the move or at a later date.

Procedures and required documents vary depending on the type of pet and the destination, and in some cases, prior application may be necessary. Also, there are cases where bringing your pet is not possible, so please inquire directly.

We can collect cardboard boxes and other packaging materials only once. We will contact you separately to arrange the collection date, but please note that you cannot specify a time.

You do not need your original passport to clear customs in Taiwan. Therefore, even if you leave the country for business or other reasons, your luggage can still be cleared through customs. For more details, please refer to "Traveling from Overseas to Taiwan - Required Customs Documents".

Your belongings can be stored free of charge for 5 days after customs clearance. After that, storage fees will apply.

Absolutely. We provide services to both individuals and corporations, so when you place an order, our representative will prepare the necessary customs documents for your personal or corporate use and assist you accordingly.

Our local subsidiaries excel in cargo tracking, information flow, and crisis management capabilities, allowing us to quickly inform our customers of the transportation status.

For general cargo with a height of 150 cm or less, the underfloor cargo compartment of a passenger aircraft will be used. If the height exceeds 150 cm, a cargo aircraft will be arranged, provided that the total height does not exceed 280 cm.
