Moving from Taiwan

Before moving, please separate your belongings into categories as much as possible and contact us by phone.
At NX Taiwan (Moving), all of our staff, both Japanese and Taiwanese, will assist you in Japanese.

The main questions we will ask you at registration:

1. Your name (full name)
2. Current address and phone number in Taiwan
3. Company name (including the name of the person in charge of this move)
4. Company-mandated baggage allowance
   (Sea freight: M3, CFT; Air freight: kgs, etc.)
5. Delivery destination (country)
6. Date of return or departure
7. Preferred moving date (packing)
8. Other details include your preferred delivery date and expected visa acquisition date.

After receiving your request, we will first visit you for a free on-site inspection. During the inspection, we will confirm the amount of your belongings, guide you through the necessary documents for customs clearance, and discuss your moving schedule.
On moving day, sorting your belongings is key to a smooth move.
This helps prevent packing mistakes and makes a difference in the speed of the moving process on moving day.
Before moving (packing), and ideally before a preliminary inspection, please take a look around your house and sort your belongings according to the following points. (For details, please refer to the page on prohibited and restricted items for export and import.)

Pack your belongings
If you prefer to pack your personal belongings or small items yourself, we will send you packing materials such as cardboard boxes in advance.
(Note: We deliver during downtime in our moving operations, so we cannot accept requests for specific delivery times.)

Preparations for the day of moving
*For BS antenna removal... please arrange for a professional service.
*For computers... Please back up your data.
*Refrigerator and washing machine: Turn off the power the day before and wipe away any frost and moisture.
*Audio... Please disconnect the wiring.

Determination of the apartment handover date:
If the handover date coincides with your moving day, please contact us in advance. We will inform you of the approximate completion time of the move, so please make an agreement with your landlord regarding the handover time.
