When building a new house or renovating, we also handle short-term furniture storage and packing. We offer a comprehensive service that includes storage of your belongings and delivery to your home after the renovation is complete.
During the storage period of your belongings, we can also deliver some of your items to a designated location (per cardboard box; shipping charges will be calculated separately). NX Taiwan's international moving packing techniques and various packing materials ensure that your belongings are protected from damage even during long-term storage.
Ambient temperature warehouse management...General warehouses store goods at ambient temperature.
Air-conditioned warehouse management… We manage your belongings in warehouses equipped with air conditioning to prevent mold and damage caused by humidity, thus protecting them from harm.

Storage with air conditioning

We thoroughly protect your belongings by maintaining a 4-hour temperature and humidity control system (approximately 25°C ±, 70% ± humidity) to prevent mold and condensation.

Items that cannot be stored

1. Items that spoil easily, perish easily, or are fragile (e.g., furs, leather products, animal and plant specimens, food)
2. Items that could potentially damage other stored items (e.g., hazardous materials, chemicals, etc.)
3. Cash, precious jewels and metals, securities, etc.
4. Items for sale
5. Animals, plants, ornamental stones
6. For high-value items such as works of art, antiques, and fine textiles, the value of a single item or set will be limited to 1 million yuan or less. However, an instruction manual and a receipt or other document proving the original purchase price must be attached.
7. Items unsuitable for warehouse storage.
   (Examples: bicycles, motorcycles, etc.)

Small precautions before storage

1. Clothing: To prevent mold, please dry thoroughly after washing.
2. Electrical appliances: Be sure to clean off any dust and dirt thoroughly.
3. Camping equipment: After removing mud, be sure to dry it in the sun.
