NX Group has clearly articulated its corporate philosophy—“Every move we make is aimed at advancing society and bringing an enriched life to future generations.”—as the foundation of how the Group conducts its business. As the basis for sustainable business management, we have established a governance framework in which oversight by management and implementation across each organization function together.

NX Group has established a Compliance Committee chaired by the President. The Committee discusses important policies and cross-organizational key issues across departments and Group companies and promotes related initiatives. To ensure effectiveness, each Group company appoints responsible officers and promoters who work to embed compliance standards throughout the organization. In addition, to promote self-correcting functions, we have established multiple internal reporting and consultation channels, including an external hotline handled by outside legal counsel and a global reporting channel.

NX Group Charter of Conduct

To uphold the trust of our stakeholders and contribute to a sustainable society, NX Group has established the following principles in the NX Group Charter of Conduct.

Based on this Charter, we have established a comprehensive governance framework to maintain consistently high ethical standards across our global operations. We have also established the NX Group Compliance Regulations, including provisions to prevent conflicts of interest, to ensure sound, transparent, and fair business conduct. In addition, to address increasingly complex international regulations, we operate Group regulations in key areas to strengthen organizational risk management.

    NX Group has established a whistleblowing system to prevent, detect at an early stage, and correct compliance violations. Respect for the human rights of all stakeholders—not only officers and employees of the Group—is essential to practicing compliance-based management. We have therefore established a compliance hotline for external stakeholders. This channel accepts reports related to human rights as well as compliance matters in general.
  • Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Initiatives

    NX Group does not tolerate bribery or corruption in any form. To contribute to the sustainable development of society, we promote anti-bribery initiatives based on the NX Group Anti-Bribery Policy. As a company operating globally, we comply with anti-bribery laws and regulations in each country and pursue fair and ethical business relationships grounded in high ethical standards.
    Under this policy, we have established the NX Group Anti-Bribery Regulations and communicate them across all NX Group companies. These regulations set out fundamental policies and management frameworks for preventing bribery, including the prohibition of bribery, compliance with applicable anti-bribery laws, the maintenance of appropriate business relationships, and proper handling of entertainment, gifts, and donations.
    Based on these regulations, each Group company develops its own internal rules and conducts anti-bribery training. Through these efforts, NX Group works to prevent all forms of bribery and corruption across the entire Group.
