Features

Automating Sorting and Picking Work
We utilize automated transportation and sorting equipment, such as automated guided forklifts (AGF), automated guided vehicles (AGV), and autonomous mobile robots (AMR), to automate heavy and repetitive labor tasks in the warehouse. We resolve labor shortages and work efficiency challenges, and create environments where workers can devote themselves to high-value-added work.
Operation Management Through Real-Time Visualization
Utilizing IoT sensors and digital tracking technology, we provide visualization for inventory, equipment operation, and work progress in real time. We centrally manage work progress, productivity, and the operation rate to build a flexible operation system that can quickly respond to change.
Problem-Solving Consulting Using Digital Technology
We identify inefficiencies based on site analysis to provide support for standardizing work procedures. These standardized operations are combined with automation technology to maximize their effectiveness. This enables us to achieve both stable operation and quality improvements, including optimizing the preparation of manuals and deployment of personnel.

Solutions

Supporting the Introduction of Automation Based on Our Extensive Past Performance

We have extensively introduced AGFs and AGVs at sites around the world, and utilizing our knowledge developed through participation in verification tests for the Japanese government, we design and build automated systems that take into account the industry requirements and warehouse characteristics. We also measure effectiveness after introducing such automation and continue to implement improvements, working to create long-term results.
Supporting Operation Reforms with Standardized Work

We maximize the effectiveness of introducing automation through standardized operational processes. We provide support at all stages, from site analysis to creating standard work procedures, preparing manuals, and optimizing the deployment of personnel, achieving stable warehouse operations that anyone can operate at a consistent level of quality.
Optimization That Focuses on the Entire Supply Chain

In addition to optimizing individual warehouses, we also look at the entire supply chain to optimize procurement, production, transportation, and sales. Using e-NX Visibility to visualize transport, we strengthen the integration between warehouses and other logistics sites and transport methods to increase optimization and resilience.
