Providing Necessary Aid for the Places That Need It
During a state of emergency such as a natural disaster or conflict, NX quickly and reliably delivers relief supplies to support the lives of people using our global network and on-site response capability developed over many years.
In the event of an emergency such as a natural disaster or conflict, we quickly deliver supplies that save lives, such as food, drinking water, medical supplies, and materials to build shelters. Our specialist team with extensive experience in chaotic situations designs the best possible route and transport method. We ensure reliable transport of supplies within a limited time frame.
We establish door-to-door transport routes in difficult-to-access regions such as the least developed countries in the Asia-Pacific region and the landlocked countries of Africa. We utilize strong networks with local partners, even in regions with inadequate infrastructure, poor road conditions, and political instability, to ensure the best transport method.
We have built a relationship of trust over many years with partners in the humanitarian aid sector through ongoing business dealings with humanitarian aid agencies, major NGOs, and government agencies. As a government-designated agency in Japan, we have been tasked with responding to many disasters such as the Great East Japan Earthquake, and are leveraging this experience in humanitarian aid activities throughout the world.
We provide cold chain logistics that comply with WHO standards when transporting pharmaceuticals that are vital for humanitarian aid. From storing pharmaceuticals at GDP-certified facilities to transporting them using dedicated vehicles, we reliably deliver pharmaceuticals to their final destination while maintaining their quality.
We provide the planned supply of materials required for long-term projects, such as educational aid supplies, agricultural materials, and infrastructure equipment. We achieve both stable transport schedules and cost management while building a sustainable logistics system.
With a global footprint, we seamlessly connect the world through advanced logistics.
