- Site visit, estimate
- Meeting with the company representative
- Clarification of various conditions: Clarification of conditions for the old and new offices, and clarification of conditions specific to each department.
- Confirmation of the scope of work, meetings with contractors for electrical wiring, servers, and other related companies.
- Creation of relocation manuals and layout drawings
- Implementation of an employee relocation briefing
- Packaging material delivery
- (A few days before the move) Removal and assembly of office supplies (cabinets), and advance movement of unused items such as documents.
- (On the day of the move) Personal packaging and labeling of personal belongings
- Removal from the old office and delivery to the new office
