The PCs delivered to end-user companies required different software configurations and network settings depending on each department and individual user. In addition, delivery schedules had to be coordinated for multiple locations nationwide.
There were also challenges related to the collection of used PCs, secure data erasure, and proper disposal. The end-user companies’ information systems departments did not have sufficient internal resources to manage the entire process. As a result, they required a reliable partner capable of handling everything—from kitting and delivery to disposal—under a single, integrated framework.

- At NX’s dedicated kitting center, we provide end-to-end services, from receiving PCs to software installation, individual configuration, operational verification, and packaging.
- Leveraging our nationwide distribution network, we deliver fully kitted PCs to each location. Devices are supplied in a ready-to-use condition immediately upon unpacking, significantly reducing on-site workload.
- In line with replacement projects, used PCs are collected from each site and consolidated at logistics hubs. Data erasure and sorting are conducted, and reuse or disposal processes are properly managed in collaboration with partner companies.
- By integrating new deployment with collection and disposal under a unified management structure, we visualize the overall replacement process and ensure stable, controlled operations.
