NX South Asia & Oceania to sponsor SJ60 flagship event commemorating 60th anniversary of establishment of Japan-Singapore diplomatic relations --Helping promote exchanges and further development of friendly relations between the two countries--

　Nippon Express (South Asia & Oceania) Pte. Ltd. (President: Katsuhito Kobayashi; hereinafter “NX South Asia & Oceania”), a group company of NIPPON EXPRESS HOLDINGS, INC. (President: Satoshi Horikiri), will be sponsoring the“SJ60 Musubi Singapore-Japan Festival 2026,” a flagship event of the SJ60 initiative commemorating the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Singapore.

■Background

　Since founding Nippon Express (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter “NX Singapore”) in 1973 as its second overseas subsidiary, the NX Group has been conducting business from its Singapore locations for over 50 years.

　With NX South Asia & Oceania now serving as a regional headquarters company, the Group is pursuing business expansion across Southeast Asia, South Asia and the Oceania region by supporting regional supply chains from its bases in Singapore through a wide range of logistics services, including air and ocean freight forwarding, logistics support, and heavy haulage.

　Singapore serves not only as the management hub for the South Asia and Oceania regions but also as a vital base supporting the NX Group’s global business operations. The Group has successfully expanded there with the aid of numerous customers, business partners, and other organizations.

　“SJ60 Musubi Singapore-Japan Festival 2026,” the flagship event of SJ60, aims to promote exchange and engender new and wide-ranging cultural, economic, business and personal connections between the two countries.
