NX Group invests in RECERQA, provider of the next-generation ERP "RECERQA" that optimizes ordering and purchasing processes

　NIPPON EXPRESS HOLDINGS, INC. (President: Satoshi Horikiri) has invested in RECERQA Inc. (CEO: Shotaro Umeda; hereinafter “RECERQA”), a developer and provider of "RECERQA," a platform that optimizes processes in the ordering and purchasing domain, as an investment for the NX Global Innovation Investment Limited Partnership. A capital and business alliance agreement was signed on Thursday, June 25.
 

■Profile of RECERQA

　RECERQA is a startup transforming inefficient business processes in the supply chain, including ordering and purchasing, through the power of AI. Unlike conventional record-and-management-centered Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, "RECERQA" was developed as a "next-generation ERP (Agentic ERP)" where AI understands data and autonomously supports business judgment and execution. By providing integrated solutions from the digitization of various forms with different formats to the structuring of business rules and integration with existing systems, the company assists businesses in improving efficiency and sophistication.

■Background and purpose of the investment

 　 In business-to-business ordering and purchasing operations, documents with widely varying layouts, whether on physical paper or in PDF, leaving manual tasks like data entry and verification. In addition, there is a growing need for business reform due to a shortage of talent for ERP maintenance and operations, as well as the aging of existing systems.

　To address these issues, RECERQA provides "RECERQA," which realizes the digitalization and automation of the supply chain domain, centered on ordering and purchasing. By utilizing this system, it is possible to carry out a step-by-step migration while linking with existing ERPs, allowing for sequential optimization in areas such as procurement, inventory, and sales without interrupting operations.
