[Resolved] Website Access Disruption

Between approximately 5:15 PM and 8:15 PM (JST) on Thursday, July 16, 2026, some of our websites were unavailable or difficult to access due to a failure at AWS (Amazon Web Services), the cloud infrastructure service we use.

Affected Websites

   (including approx. 40 country/region sites)

• Nippon Express Website (Japan) https://www.nipponexpress.com/jp/

 

The issue has been resolved, and all websites are now operating normally.
