Warehouse Design That Optimizes Operation

While designing optimal structures and equipment based on temperature and humidity, as well as the characteristics of goods to be stored in warehouses, we also simultaneously design operations based on the frequency of incoming and outgoing inventory, as well as the operational flow. We use 3D visualization tools to conduct 3D simulations and verify the design in advance, achieving highly accurate designs and layouts that ensure real-world application.

Inventory Management that Achieves Stable Supply

NX’s unique inventory management enables us to monitor the inventory level, location, and status of incoming and outgoing inventory in real time, which optimizes demand forecasting and inventory movement. This prevents out-of-stock or excess inventory situations, achieving a stable supply of inventory. We centrally control inventory at multiple sites, which increases the efficiency and reliability of the entire global supply chain.
Cross-Docking that Reduces Costs and Lead Times

Cross docking, in which incoming goods are immediately sorted by destination then shipped without first placing them in storage, is used to significantly reduce lead times and costs associated with storing inventory. Goods from multiple sites are combined and mixed at regional hubs, and automated sorting machines and similar equipment are then used to optimize the shipping process. This increases the work accuracy and speed, achieving reductions in transportation costs for the entire international logistics network.
Bonded Warehouses that Optimize International Logistics

We have established over 100 bonded warehouses in countries throughout the world. In addition to improving cash flow by delaying tariffs, we provide various services such as designated export and import operations that use bonded zones, as well as distribution processing inside bonded zones. We provide a full range of services from customs clearance to storage and processing, supporting optimized and stable supply chain operations for international logistics.
