Collection Request
You can request pickup from our branch offices. Adding them to your favorites will make frequent pickup requests easier. You can check the status of your pickup requests by reception number.
Collection request from our customer's business partner
By linking it to your ID, you can receive collection requests from your business partners (non-SoraNet users).
This will significantly reduce the time you spend on coordinating with your business partners each time.
- * This service is for picking up packages from locations other than your own. If you wish to have your packages picked up from your own location, please select "Request Pickup".

Issuing shipping labels (Sorapuri)
This service allows you to easily issue domestic air cargo shipping labels from your computer. By registering the recipient's address in advance, you can significantly reduce the time it takes to create shipping labels.
Shipping label printing (Sora S-Printer)
This service allows you to easily generate large quantities of domestic air cargo shipping labels from your computer. It supports importing over 100 data entries, and the CSV file import function significantly reduces the time required to create shipping labels.
Search using multiple criteria / Check past fare details
In addition to our company's tracking number and customer-specific number, you can search by specifying the shipping date and delivery completion date. You can also check the freight details of previously shipped items.
Confirmation of estimated billing amount
You can check the estimated amount of your fare online. This allows you to review the amount before your invoice arrives.
