Order Management

We act as an agent for all aspects of procurement management, including purchase ordering. As the control tower, we visualize and optimize complex procurement processes. NX conducts centralized management of purchase orders to suppliers, along with inventory, customs, and transport progress as an LLP, allowing customers to focus resources on production management and core operations.
Transport Management Solutions

As an LLP, we manage orders on behalf of our customers, allocate them to appropriate transport operators, and coordinate delivery. We track transport statuses in real time from shipping to delivery completion, allowing a prompt response when any irregularities arise. Moreover, as logistics professionals, NX formulates transport plans, increasing both loading and transport efficiency to achieve streamlined logistics operations.
Performance Management

We provide integrated management of suppliers and multiple logistics service providers (LSP) on behalf of our customers. We monitor KPIs for each supplier and LSP in an ongoing manner and promote improvements from the standpoint of quality, delivery times, and cost. By optimizing the entire supply chain, we achieve improvements in performance.
