Baggage arrival and entry information

Once your package arrives in Taiwan, our import representative will contact you in Japanese. The following documents are required for customs clearance of your package, so please send them to us by fax or email after we contact you.

Required customs documents

  1. A copy of the passport's photo page (a clear image where your face is clearly visible).
  2. A copy of the page in your passport with the Taiwan entry stamp.
    1. * If you use the express customs (automated gate), your passport will not be stamped with an entry stamp. Please be sure to go through immigration procedures at a manned counter and have your passport stamped.
  3. Copy of e-ticket
  4. Copy of identification document (for Taiwanese nationals only, copies of both the front and back sides)
