When your belongings are brought in, furniture will be unpacked and placed in the designated location, while smaller items such as cardboard boxes will be carried as they are to the designated location in each room.
Before delivery
Please decide in advance, based on the packing list, where each item will be delivered and where furniture and other items will be placed.
Delivery day
Our staff will call out the box numbers, so please indicate which room you would like the boxes delivered to.

Once all the boxes have been brought in, we will unpack any large items such as furniture on-site and assemble and set them up for you.

If any numbers are missing, please contact our import representative.
After installation, it takes about three hours for the refrigerant gas to stabilize. Please turn on the power only after the refrigerant gas has stabilized.
