Moving process within Thailand
We will guide you through the process from applying for your move to delivery to your new address as described below.

Regarding the site visit (*Required)
We will check the total amount of household belongings in your home and explain any important points to note.
We are currently conducting remote site visits using Microsoft's TEAMS app (we can also use Google Meet if using the TEAMS app is difficult).
- * Please note that the operation may differ depending on the model of your smartphone or tablet.
- * We sincerely apologize, but due to security reasons, we are unable to conduct remote site visits using apps such as LINE or ZOOM.
*Please provide your shipping volume and estimate.
Based on the volume of your shipment, we will issue a quotation within a day or two and a representative will contact you.

- * Cancellation fee
If you request a cancellation or postponement on or the day before the scheduled pickup date due to your own circumstances, a cancellation fee will be charged.
Delivery of packaging materials
Packing is included in the service on the day of the move,
If you wish, we can deliver some of the packaging materials in advance.
If you are unsure about how to pack fragile items, please contact our staff or have our packing staff pack them for you on the day of delivery.

Sorting luggage
The key to a successful move is sorting.
Please sort your belongings before the pickup date.
If you would like sorting stickers, please consult with the person in charge.
Pickup work
Our packing staff will come to your location to pick up and pack your items.
- * If prior notification to the condominium is required, please inform the reception desk of your residence of the scheduled removal date.
On the day of the work, before the workers enter the room, please be sure to:
We will enter your room only after confirming that your original passport, valuables, and any provided items are not mixed in with your moving belongings.
Furthermore, if any of the included items are mixed in with the items being packed, it would require opening all the boxes again.
Depending on the amount of luggage, additional charges may apply, so please be sure to take this into consideration.
On the day of the event, one of our representatives (a Thai interpreter or a Japanese person) will prepare the packing list.
Please review the contents, fill in the insurance amount, and sign.
*Confirmation of billing amount and payment
We will contact you with the finalized invoice amount (including insurance premiums, taxes, etc.), and we would appreciate it if you could make the payment via bank transfer.
After payment,
Please send us the payment details via email attachment.
*Our accounting department will confirm receipt of the payment.
Package delivery
Once your package has been delivered, please check to ensure that nothing is missing or damaged.
If there are any damaged items, please keep the damaged items and take photos of them, etc.
